I’ve had the opportunity to be directly involved in the design and development of award-winning projects in the healthcare space.
 

 I led the scientific and conceptual development of a scientific animation for JCR Pharmaceuticals, which received the Titan Health 2024 Award.
 

More recently, as Scientific Project Manager and Production Director, I was responsible for the conceptualization and end-to-end management of a virtual reality experience for New York Blood Center, awarded Platinum Winner at the AVA Digital Awards 2026.

I oversee the technological development of a digital platform called ScienceStory that helps pharma&biotech companies create and share scientific content.

Contributed to the evolution of this “Canva for science” by supporting innovation workflows and collaborating on UX/UI design to ensure intuitive, compliant, and engaging user experiences tailored for healthcare communication.

What I learned:

Leading Espabot taught me how to create and scale a healthtech product from zero, turning user research into real-world impact.
I learned to navigate product-market fit, address sensitive needs, and manage technical development with internal and external teams — all while staying focused on empathy, function, innovation and business.

 

Selected among 1,000+ applicants to co-develop an XR immersive healthcare solution. I led the concept, pitch and technical development, working inside Deutsche Telekom’s innovation incubator with Lenovo XR glasses and Snapdragon chips.

This project taught me how to turn a vision into a validated digital product, balancing technical feasibility, business value, and user need in a high-stakes innovation environment.

Scientific Lead in Innovation

Acted as Scientific Lead in a pioneering genetics project, oversawing the scientific direction of a pioneering NFT project integrating human genetics and blockchain technology. Led the validation and application of genetic data within a decentralized platform, ensuring scientific accuracy and ethical alignment throughout the development of DNA-based digital assets.
