This project focuses on preparing and transforming the HR Workforce dataset to build an end-to-end interactive Power BI dashboard that delivers actionable workforce insights.

1) Import HR dataset

3) Merge HR datasets

4) Append multiple datasets  

The objective is to enable HR leaders and management teams to monitor employee trends, workforce distribution, attrition patterns, hiring performance, and organizational growth through advanced analytics and dynamic reporting.

The project includes comprehensive data preparation, modeling, and advanced DAX measure development to support strategic HR decision-making.

We have already imported in PB5 lab
